Healthy Eating Habit : 5 Dos

We often make some mistake when we're eating . We do that unconciouslly. So, i think at this time to make it better. Better late than never .


1. Slow but sure
When we chew the food, the small intestine prepare enzyme for digest food. So, that's why we have to chew the food slowly to make easier the digestion.


2. Little but often
Don't let your stomatch empty. Moreover, if you have gastritis. Besides you have breakfast,lunch and dinner take your fruits when you have break.


3. Wise in drink.
When you fell thirsty, you should take a mineral water. But, don't take it to often because it make your gastric fluid more liquid . So, the food can't digested well


 





4. Reduce fat
That's not only to avoid the fat but also to reduce work of the digestive. Yeah..that's true that fat is not easy for digestion. So, it is better if change with steamed or boiled food.


5. Better warm
That's better if we consume the warm food and drink. Something that to hot is not good for your gastric, because it make your gastric work hard to do the digestive proces. So, the effect is your food will stay longer in your gastric.
