Healthy Eating Habit : 5 Dos

We often make some mistake when we're eating . We do that unconciouslly. So, i think at this time to make it better. Better late than never .


1. Slow but sure
When we chew the food, the small intestine prepare enzyme for digest food. So, that's why we have to chew the food slowly to make easier the digestion.


2. Little but often
Don't let your stomatch empty. Moreover, if you have gastritis. Besides you have breakfast,lunch and dinner take your fruits when you have break.


3. Wise in drink.
When you fell thirsty, you should take a mineral water. But, don't take it to often because it make your gastric fluid more liquid . So, the food can't digested well


 





4. Reduce fat
That's not only to avoid the fat but also to reduce work of the digestive. Yeah..that's true that fat is not easy for digestion. So, it is better if change with steamed or boiled food.


5. Better warm
That's better if we consume the warm food and drink. Something that to hot is not good for your gastric, because it make your gastric work hard to do the digestive proces. So, the effect is your food will stay longer in your gastric.

MY BOARDING WITH

Hello guys,we meet again in our blog class,now I will tell you about my nice boarding environment there are some reason why I love my boarding so much. In my bording there are to many facility that we can use,the first facility is,in my boarding there is a big fishpond that provide a lot of fish so if we feel bored with our university lecture,we can go to fishing at that fishpond and get the fish and the pleasure. The second reason is,in my boarding serve us with laundry service and it’s give us easy to wash our clothes ,the important thing why I am pleasure live in boarding now because the place is very wide so it’s give us more place to make a party like burn the fish and another  activities in this wide boarding. There are three part rooms  in my boarding, first room is the newest one with complete facility and surely the cost of these rooms is more expensive than another,second and the third type of rooms is the usuall rooms without complete facility and of course the cost of these rooms are very friendly and there are to many students choose these rooms.

study tour in BALI

When I study in eleven class,I was study tour in BALI.I did’n like a trip so I was very sad,when I hear stady tour to BALI.At the time I do several arrangement like, go to hospital for buy medicine,buy snack and drink in the market and I drink medicine before trip.When in the bus I has headache and I want vomit,but I very lucky because I have a  good friend ,she was seat down beside me and she help me when I vomit. In the trip I want exit from bus and I want go home because  of my headache,but I could not do it.I never my eye so that I could always sleep.When I arrived in BALI I was very happy. The first purpose is peanut industrial   in BALI. In there we were explained about how to make”KACANG ATOM” in BALI.After that be continued our trip to “TANAH LOT”.In there I was very amazed with panorama in TANAH LOT, that is very beautiful.Finally  the last purpose is KUTE beach,in there arrived acquainted with tourist,I was very happy,that is very beautiful place.after 30 minute be continued our trip to HOTEI in order to rest.

Recharging System for Future Vehicle

     The issue of increasing fuel price makes us have to save more fuel we use. This is a political dynamics of our country. Increasing fuel price, make us have to think about the alternative energy. That is renewable energy for our vehicles. That energy is electricity, the renewable energy for our vehicle.
     Now is time for us to create a new thing that can change our vehicle fuel become a renewable energy. It's mean that electric vehicle will be needed in the next time. The quality of electric vehicle can not escape from energy management in its system. In an electric vehicle, we have to think about the recharging system of its source. We use battery for sources. So, we have to think more about the recharging system.
     For example, when we create an electric vehicle, we can use 8 battery. 4 battery for main source and 4 aothers for spare source. 4 spare battery will recharge automatically while the car is running. And, when the main battery is run out, we can change the selector of battery source. Now, we use the spare battery as a main electricity source.
     Main and spare battery can be charged at night when we are sleeping. So, we can go to some places by our electric vehicle with twice long distance. That is the advantage by using that recharge method. It can make our battery has a long life time because the energy always turning in that cycle of recharging battery.

     I hope it can be a solution for our country to resolve energy problems.

My Nephew

Finally, after 9 months I become as uncle. New member of my family was born.  My nephew was born on March 6th, 2012 at 6 p.m. He is very handsome like his uncle :D. His name is Muhammad 'Asha Pradana. He is very active, he always make my family and I can't sleep every night. His activity just sleep all of day and drink breast milk. In the morning I take him in front of my home to make him sweated so he can easily sick. But, I'm very happy to do it, because this is new experience for me. He can make me always happy when I comeback home and make me feel more responsible to take care of him

Every morning when I go home, I became an assistant for my sister and my brother ('Asha's parent). When his mother feed him and his father wash his clothes, I accompany his mother if she need something, like take the diapers, blanket or hold him when his mother changed the diapers. This activity is very tiring but also fun, because I love children, although he always crying and make us woke up at midnight. I love him very much
