Surabaya's City Park

Surabaya Green and Clean, a great slogan of Surabaya.  The local goverment of Surabaya have a dream to make Surabaya city Green and Clean. It caused Surabaya city look like a big dustbin, there are many garbage at every place in Surabaya. Surabaya like a big glass with polluted air inside its because there are much motor vehicle in Surabaya street. To bring this dream become real, the local goverment of Surabaya make many innovations like make a cleanness competition to all of Surabaya's citizen, so they can more sensitive with the cleanness of their environment that call Surabaya Green and Clean competition, many city parks to reduce air pollutions in Surabaya, and many program to make Surabaya better and more comfortable.

                The biggest problem of the local goverment of Surabaya city is about pollution, especially air pollution. So the local government of Surabaya decice to build many city parks in Surabaya. And now, Surabaya already have many beautiful city park like :

1.       Achievement Park (Taman Prestasi)

2.       Bungkul Park (Taman Bungkul)

3.       Borneo Park (Taman Kalimantan)

4.       Celebes Park (Taman Sulawesi)

5.       Apsari Park (Taman Apsari)

6.       Plasma Nutfah Park (Taman Flora)

7.       Yos Soedarso Park (Taman Yos Soedarso)

8.       Dr. Soetomo Park (Taman Dr. Soetomo)

9.       Mayangkara Park (Taman Mayangkara)

10.   Ronggolawe Park (Taman Ronggolawe)

11.   Lansia Park (Taman Lansia)

12.   Rainbow Park (Taman Pelangi)

13.   Mundhu Park (Taman Mundhu)
